Benefits
We believe that CHPA maintains a fairly aggressive set of company benefits, and they are under constant evaluation to make sure that they are both competitive and generous.
Benefits include: 2 weeks vacation (or 3 weeks with 10 years tenure), roughly 9 holidays a year, four hours sick time per month (cumulative year to year), full medical and hospitilization PPO insurance. Additional benefits include: term life, short/long term disability, dental, and visual. We also provide a 401k savings and profit sharing plan and a voluntary cafeteria plan.
Our company believes strongly in giving our clients a quality, well-engineered product. This of necessity dictates that we maintain aggressive continuing education and training policies for our employees.
