Located in The Woodlands, Texas, Anadarko Tower, the tallest building between Houston and Dallas, serves as the headquarters for Anadarko Petroleum Company. The facility consists of 850,000 square feet of office space; and includes computer rooms, trading floors, a full-service cafeteria facility with seating for 300, and 773,000 square feet of garage space. Of the total interior space, Anadarko Petroleum Corporation occupies 600,000 square feet of office space, a 5,000 square foot raised-floor computer room, a technical resource center, a rock laboratory, a reproduction facility, and a fitness center for 200 employees. The remaining 200,000 square feet of office space is leased to industry-related tenants.
