The Reliant Energy Plaza office building and garage complex is a 25 story office building, atop a 10 story parking garage, which sits along the Houston Metro rail line. The building utilizes the 24 hour district chilled water system serving downtown Houston. The structure is 900,000 square feet, and the garage is 500,000 square feet. Home to Reliant Energy corporate facilities, the design includes a 17,800 square foot data center, a 23,000 square foot trading floor, a 10,000 square foot fitness center, and a 7,500 square foot conference center for employee use.
