Headquarters for British Petroleum Exploration’s Houston operations comprises 585,000 square feet in a 20 story building, and includes a major corporate computer installation, a cafeteria, and a health club. This project contains a 1,800 ton central plant, including a thermal storage system using ice to reduce power demand by up to 50%. The project was developed with the Barker Patrineley Group and British Petroleum.
