The TD Waterhouse Arena (formerly known as the Orlando Arena) is a major multi-function arena with 15,000 seats. It hosts the Magic, concerts, and other performances and civic functions. The scope includes food concessions throughout the facility, television broadcast capabilities, and energy management. Technical aspects of the project include 2,200 tons of refrigeration, a 16,000 amp electrical service, and a low voltage relay system with enhanced color graphic control for architectural and events lighting systems.
