This project is a 250,000 square foot regional headquarters for the FBI services, with a secured garage and maintenance facility for surveillance vehicles. There is a five story 188,000 square foot office building and a four level 190,000 square foot parking facility. The two structures are connected at each level by an enclosed sky bridge. The facility design includes separate air conditioning systems for special function areas, drug storage, and evidence storage. The electrical systems include on-site power generation, UPS, and secured telecommunications systems. Security systems include perimeter camera coverage, card access, key pad access, panic alarms, and interior camera surveillance. The building’s mechanical systems meet or exceed the Federal Energy Management Program guidelines.
