CHPA designed the MEP and TS systems for this new high-rise condominium project in the heart of South Padre Island, located near the Queen Isabella Causeway and next to the Sheraton South Padre Hotel. The tower is approximately 422,400 square feet and houses 220 units, with on-site amenities, including a private movie theater, teen game room, private wine room, state-of-the-art fitness center, resort pool, guest suites, secured visitor access, and concierge/ housekeeping services. Adjacent to the tower are two and three story town house style bungalows with parking situated in a separate three level garage. Each unit has individual storage units, 10 foot ceilings, granite countertops, and large terraces.
