The Austonian is a 56 story, 680 foot talk structure with 188 luxury condominiums that range from 1,221 square feet to 8,379 square feet. This 855,000 square foot residential and retail project takes up one-third of a city block. The tenth floor of the tower is an amenity level offering a wine room, lounge, and cinema area. There is also an outdoor urban garden with a Green roof, 75 foot swimming pool, herb gardens, sundeck, barbecue grill, and dog park. Another Green roof is located on the 55th floor sky lounge and outdoor terrace.
