Asia House is the permanent home for the Asia Society Texas. The $40 million, 40,000 square foot building houses meeting space, a performance theater, two art galleries, an outdoor sculpture garden, a café and teaching kitchen, and administrative offices. The design architect is Yoshio Taniguchi from Tokyo, Japan. The mechanical system is an environmentally friendly and energy efficient ground loop water source heat pump system.
