The $127 million Winspear Opera House is a 2,200 seat, 200,000 square foot opera house located in Dallas, Texas and completed in 2009. Working with the internationally-known architecture firm of Foster & Partners, CHPA provided the MEP design for this award-winning theatrical facility. The theater's acoustics have been engineered specifically for performances of opera and musical theater, and its stages were designed and equipped with appropriate flooring for performances of ballet and other forms of dance. The facilities of the Opera House represent the highest quality in design, acoustics, technical and creative support, and audience and performer amenities.
