The new Performing Arts Center is the signature facility at Lee College and is used by the community more than any other building on campus. The 57,900 square foot facility houses an 800 seat proscenium theater, a black box theater, classrooms, and a recording studio. Completed in 2009, project construction cost was $14 million.
