The Rosen School of Hospitality is located in the International Drive area of Orlando Florida. CHP & Associatres provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and information technology engineering services for the new student housing facility which supports the school. The student housing consists of two, four story buildings with apartment style dormitory suites totaling 128,000 square feet. Technical challenges included the design of a central campus style domestic water heating system and domestic water boosting systems, individual HVAC systems with make-up air for exhaust systems, data telecommunications systems, POS, CATV, and access control systems.
