McNair Hall is Dean of Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management and includes the Central Campus Garage at Rice University. The facility includes a four story, 167,000 square foot classroom building with faculty offices, library, and auditorium. The Central Campus Garage is a 200,000 square foot, two level underground parking facility. Technical aspects of the project include on-site emergency power generation and connections to Rice University's underground utility tunnel system for power and HVAC services. Upon opening in 2002, the $46.8 million, award winning facility received accolades for its functionality and aesthetics.
